Taiwan donated 10,000 COVID-19 vaccine doses to the country’s Caribbean allies St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines March 3 and 7, respectively, as part of government efforts to strengthen the international community’s response to the pandemic. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the donations are in keeping with the Taiwan Can Help spirit and the World Health Organization’s vision of Health for All. Every effort will be made by the government in working with allies and partners to combat coronavirus and fast-track the post-pandemic bounceback, the ministry added.
